Creating an account on Court Reserve is easy and FREE.
By creating an account on Court Reserve, you will automatically become a member of The Pickle Club. There will not be any fees to become a member.
All players will be required to create an account on Court Reserve (and sign an electronic waiver) and become members of The Pickle Club. Since all players will be members, there will not be guest fees. If one or more of the players on a court have not registered with Court Reserve prior to playing, we ask that they create their account at the front desk prior to entering a court.
Our hourly court rental rate is $45 per hour.
Once you have created an account on Court Reserve, you may reserve a court 14 days in advance through the Court Reserve system.
All reservations (private court rentals, open and social play and other similar events) must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid the session being charged in full to your account. Fees paid for reservations cancelled prior to the 48-hour window will be credited to the member’s account.
We require that our courts be reserved for a minimum of 1 hour but may also be reserved for 90-minute and 2-hour sessions.
No more than 6 players are permitted per court reservation.
Yes. When you make a reservation on Court Reserve, you have the option to add the names of the people joining you on your court (provided that they have each created an account on Court Reserve). Simply specify the Fee Responsibility to be “Each Player Equally” (versus “Reservation Owner”) on Court Reserve and the court rental fee will then be evenly split between all players.
Yes, we have certified instructors available to provide private or group lessons to both new and experienced players. You can arrange a lesson by contacting one of the instructors on our website directly, calling or texting us at 516-210-6663 or asking for help at the front desk.
Open Play is a regularly scheduled, organized event where players are grouped by skill level and can play without having to organize a private court rental. Players rotate in and out for 2 hours to mix/match with other players of similar skill levels. Our hope is that you can meet other local players through multiple games during the session and we plan to schedule multiple Open Play sessions weekly for different skill levels.
We have complimentary paddles and balls for you to use while at The Pickle Club. We will also sell balls and other pickleball accessories at the front desk.
Yes, we will have a variety of paddles from different manufacturers available to demo that can be checked out at our front desk. While we will not have a pro shop at our facility, we will be able to order equipment for you from any company which supplies us with demo paddles.
Court shoes with non-marking soles are required. You can wear just about any athletic wear to play.
We have installed Gerflor USA’s Taraflex Sports Flooring for all of our courts. Taraflex is a vinyl surface which is backed by two layers of foam cushion that provides great shock absorption and excellent ball bounce.
